OCAD student Jon Riosa's Restricted Access # 3, barbed wire neck piece

Jon is based in the fibre courses not sculpture as you might think looking at this work. His work will be the third of the OCAD Students in "Finishing School" in the summer issue of fibreQUARTERLY
