Poplar ArtCraft online gallery of visual art presents...

Giulia Fatica Drawing With Thread

august 4 to november 3, 2007

You are invited to view "Drawing with Thread" a new online exhibition of work by textile artist Giulia Fatica. Layering, looping, then stitching between pieces of dissolvable material, Fatica creates cloth for her garments. The surprisingly luxurious surface texture of the cloth is complex, simultaneously exhibiting gestural energy and organic complexity.
