Don’t miss the First Canadian Place’s annual presentation of innovative works by Award Winners from the Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition 2006.
opening reception is on January 18 from 6-8pm,
The work she is showing here is embroidery on vintage bed
linens. It is being held at the First Canadian Place
Gallery. The gallery is located in First Canadian
Place, 100 King Street West on the main floor. The
best way to get to the gallery is to enter via the
entrance on the south side of Adelaide Street, just
west of the corner of Bay and Adelaide. Enter through
the first door and go down a short flight of steps.
The gallery will be on your left.
Then, the next night Andrea is part of the opening at Harbourfront
Centre. I am part of a show called Object(s) of Longing.
I will be exhibiting a finely crafted fire extinguisher
made entirely out of velvet.
The Opening Reception is on Friday, January 19, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
at York Quay Centre.

In the dull grey building on the other side of the tracks
RENDER's main presentation space is the UW Art Gallery located in East Campus Hall (ECH) on the eastern edge of the University campus. The street address is 263 Phillip Street. Turn off of University Ave. West at Phillip Street. ECH (a long low grey building) is the first University building on Phillip Street. Take the first ECH driveway. Parking Lot B is adjacent to the UW Art Gallery doors. The gallery doors are red and are marked by a large RENDER banners
