First night photos from the Toronto International Design Festival

First night photos from the Toronto International Design Festival are now viewable in a facebook photo album.



"Blue Gold", a hand knotted carpet, Wool Topography with Silk Rivers 72" X 108 " designed by Bev Hisey and hand made by a "Rug Mart" certified maker.
The tile of this rug is inspired by Maude Barlow's book " Blue Gold; The Fight to Stop the Corporate Theft of the World’s Waters" written with Tony Clark and published in Canada by McClelland and Stewart



A RED Poppy garden chairs , reclaimed fabrics, salvaged school room chairs, by Grant Heaps
