the next issue is about things, people, shops events in and around Quebec, It truly is an amazing place with a great attitudes towards Textile and Fibre Arts and Crafts. You will be impressed and informed at the same time you'll just be delighted with the cool stuff people are making.
After that "We" will have a booth at the Creative Needle Work and Sewing Festival at the end of October and between the posting of the new issue at the end of next week and the Creative Festival I should be attending the European Textile Networks "Digital Textiles" Conference. After the Creative Festival its NEOCRAFT in Nova Scotia in November. All in aid of promoting fibreQUARTERLY and checking out what is happening in other places.
So heads up you east cost artist I'm looking for ideas, artist, writers and people interested in co-editing the winter 2008 issue.
